the day after my last run- my legs were in cripling amounts of pain so I took an extra rest day.
Today I've done one session of 8 Min, not good enough, and i'm not going to be able to do the 20min the program asks of me.
From now on i'm putting aside the couch to 5k program- and instating one of my own.
with my remaining 35ish sessions- I'm increasing the time spent running by 6% each time which'll put me at an hours worth of stamina.
I've plotted out the times on my spreadsheet- will adjust percentages and add in real values as they come in.

At some point I'll need to do less sprints per session. For now I'll try and do three sprints each outing to make up for it.
